Delete your MeshCue account.

You can start account deletion directly inside the Android app without contacting support.

In-app deletion

Open MeshCue and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings, then Account.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm the request.

What is deleted

The deletion workflow removes your MeshCue cloud scripts, synchronized preferences, device registrations, sync history, and active application profile, then deletes your Amazon Cognito sign-in identity.

Local-only content stored on a device may remain after cloud account deletion. Delete those scripts in MeshCue, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall MeshCue to remove the local copy, subject to operating-system backup behavior.

If you cannot access the app or the request does not complete, email support@meshdex.com from the account email. Do not send your password, authentication code, or script content.
