Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Meshdex for MeshCue. By downloading, accessing, or using MeshCue, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Users under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
License and accounts
Meshdex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MeshCue for lawful personal or business teleprompter purposes, subject to these terms and applicable store rules.
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials and devices secure, and activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe an account is compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of the scripts and other content you create or upload. You grant Meshdex only the limited rights needed to store, transmit, synchronize, and process content to provide features you choose.
You are responsible for your content and for confirming that you have the rights and permissions to use it. Do not use MeshCue to violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, access another user’s data, distribute malware, reverse engineer except where law permits, automate abusive traffic, or use MeshCue for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal rights, or service integrity.
Availability and changes
MeshCue includes offline functionality, but cloud sync and account services depend on networks and third-party infrastructure. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You should keep independent copies of important scripts and review saved content before a recording or live event.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshCue is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. MeshCue is a presentation tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshdex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost recordings, or lost data arising from use of MeshCue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes to these terms
You may stop using MeshCue and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service shutdown, using reasonable notice when practical.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
